How do I get to Boca Beach from Guadalajara?
There are two ways to get there: the toll highway to Manzanillo and the free road to Autlán:
Toll Highway - Head to Manzanillo and from there drive north towards Puerto Vallarta; pass Barra de Navidad, Melaque and La Manzanilla and take the next exit to Boca de Iguanas to your left.
Free Road - Take the road towards Autlán. Pass Autlán and La Huerta, but before you reach Melaque, take the secondary road to Puerto Vallarta, pass the town of La Manzanilla and take the next exit to Boca de Iguanas to your left.
Which bus lines take me there? Where should I be heading?
ETN and Primera Plus are the bus companies that can take you to either Barra de Navidad or Melaque. From there you can take a local bus or a cab to Boca de Iguanas (25 to 30 minutes away)
How far is Boca Beach from Puerto Vallarta?

Yes. La Manzanilla, a town 5 km (3 miles) from Boca de Iguanas has a number of convenience stores and restaurants.
